The Industry 4.0 plan was created with the aim of fully automated and interconnected industrial production through the application of technologies to connect machines to software in company production processes, in order to obtain an automated collection of production data.

In order to be more responsive to market needs and therefore be able to challenge the competition, it is important to manage the production of your company in an integrated way.

IDEA decided to use Kepware in this project, which made it possible to integrate the production line, connecting the machines from the hardware level to the management software used by the EMG customer. Kepware offers a suite of software solutions that allow companies to connect an array of applications and automation devices and support industrial IoT.
